Rates & Insurance

My rate for a 45 minute session is $150.

I am currently accepting clients in-network with Aetna, United Healthcare, and Anthem BlueCross BlueShield (formerly Empire). If you choose to utilize insurance, we will have you provide insurance information for us to verify benefits prior to meeting.

If I am not in network with your plan, it is possible for services to be covered out-of-network partially or in-full depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

There are advantages to paying out-of-pocket, and not involving your insurance. Clinical information including session dates and length, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes are all requested by insurance companies in order to pay for psychotherapy.
